I don't think the writing was impressive but that maybe cos it was an English translation of the French original. But the facts stated were shocking to say the least. I had heard about all the rules the Taliban had enforced but not in such descriptive detail.

Anyways it was a good read ... and makes you wonder why ppl twist religion into whatever they want it to be. How can anyone honestly think that such constricting rules and ridiculous punishment is the solution to cleaning up society ?
